Job Description

Marketing Manager
Job Description
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and advertising strategies, as well as promotional activities.
- Develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns to drive potential customers.
- Managing the marketing department budget, implementing marketing activity in line with the agreed budget and optimizing cost to benefit ratio.
- Developing pricing strategies in line with the company’s goals and customer satisfaction, in order to ensure competitiveness
- Achieve lead conversion and sales targets and evaluate the performance of marketing strategies on regular intervals.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and other promotional materials for building brand awareness.
- Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market services.
- Handle all SEO activities of websites, social media marketing, PPC Campaigns etc. to generate leads through these different online channels.
- Develop SEO strategy and implement according to the site performances in search engine rankings.
- Manage website performances, technical issues with help of developers.
- Ensure the site optimization techniques are applied to enhance the website organic search rankings.
- Handle client relations and promote services to get more business.
- Constantly work out on different marketing strategy for future business development.
- Responsible for correspondence from customer initial enquiry till lead conversion process.
- Communicating with international clients via Phone, email or Skype as per requirements.
- Responsible for preparing proposals and contracts.
- Interact periodically with production team and ensure client satisfaction in terms of Quality and Delivery.
- Follow-up existing clients for more work and ensure regular promotional activities are carried on for existing and potential leads
- Regular reporting of the performance weekly/monthly to the top management.
